Miso Turkey

Ingredients:
1lb ground turkey (chicken or beef)
3 tbs sesame oil
1 small onion diced
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbs miso paste
1 1/2 - 2 tbs gojuchang
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs maple syrup
Black pepper
Chili flakes (optional)
Cilantro
Fresh noodles / Jasmine rice

1. In a pan heat sesame oil and add onions and garlic. Cook until translucent.
2. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
3. Season with miso paste and gojuchang. Add more gojuchang depending on spice preference. Cook through until liquid is mostly gone.
4. Add soy sauce, maple syrup and season with about 1/4 tsp black pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 more mins.
5. Garnish with cilantro.
6. Serve over Jasmine rice.

7. I cook about 12 oz fresh udon noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to pan to mix with turkey mixture. Garnish with green onions.
So easy and delicious!
